As the New York Yankees continue to storm back from a tough West Coast trip, there seems to be good news every day.

Derek Jeter is back to baseball and has been on rehab assignments in Triple-A Scranton.

Others such as Eduardo Nunez and Alex Rodriguez are back to baseball as well.

With all the good news going on with the big club, there were some prospects who had huge weeks down in the minors.
