Robinson Cano Had an Outrageous Birthday Bash Courtesy of Jay Z

When your champagne bottles are wearing gold chains, that’s when you know you’re partying with Jay Z.
On Monday night, the Jigga Man finished a concert in Antwerp, Belgium, and spent the rest of the night throwing a barnburner for client Robinson Cano, who recently flew to Europe to take in the sights and ring in his 31st birthday.
The Yankees infielder has posted images from the party to his Instagram account, which were picked up by Andre Vergara of FoxSports.com. If you thought Jay Z would have less champagne on his campaign at the age of 43, you’d be wrong.
That’s a bucket of Armand de Brignac’s Ace of Spades champagne—not exactly cheap. Put it this way, you could drink a glass of Ace of Spades, or you could buy a whole bunch of Mums. Jay Z doesn’t buy Mums.
Also, notice how someone just casually draped a Rocafella gold chain over the ice bath, like it’s a treasure chest. I like to think it was an added garnish, as opposed to somebody’s personal bling. If not, someone at this party got drunk enough to accessorize champagne.
Here’s another shot of Cano cradling a big, sweaty Ace of Spades bottle, because this is what you do when you’re partying with Hova.
The crown jewel of the evening, however, was a special “Shawn Carter” edition Hublot watch.
Jay Z has an endorsement deal going with Hublot, which made only 100 of these watches. They cost $34,000 a piece.
With that, I think we can assume a good time was had by all. Say what you want about Jay Z, but the guy seems to be giving his clients plenty of reason to stick with him.
